How to Reserve Private Tour
Reservation Process
1. Inquiry
After reviewing each experience page, please feel free to contact us should you have any questions. Kindly let us know your preferred experience, desired date, number of guests, and any specific requests (e.g., special performances or arrangements). No fees are charged at this initial stage, so please do not hesitate to reach out.
Inquiries can be made via our online form or by email (info@edokagura.com).
We kindly ask that you contact us well in advance of your preferred date. As a general rule, we request that reservations be finalized at least two months prior to the desired experience date, and initial inquiries be made approximately three months in advance.
2. Proposal & Quotation
Once the Planning & Coordination Fee (Curation Fee: ¥22,000, tax included) has been received, we will initiate detailed arrangements in coordination with our trusted cultural partners. This fee is non-refundable, but will be fully credited toward the final booking total upon confirmation.
Based on your preferences, we will propose a tailored plan including experience details, location, duration, and estimated costs. We will consult closely with you until you are fully satisfied with the proposal. A quotation, proposed schedule, and optional enhancements will be provided as part of the package.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once the contents and costs of the experience have been agreed upon, full payment must be made by the specified deadline. Your booking will be formally confirmed upon receipt of payment. A credit card payment link reflecting the total tour amount will be provided; please complete the full payment using this link by the specified deadline.
Availability and pricing are valid for 7 days from the date of our proposal. To secure your reservation, we kindly ask that you confirm your booking within this period. After 7 days, availability and quoted terms may no longer be guaranteed.
Please note that all deadlines are based on Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9).
Please also note that once confirmed, cancellations for any reason—including illness, inclement weather, transportation delays, or natural disasters—will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

4. On the Day of the Experience
On the day of your experience, a dedicated guide will meet your guests at the designated location. Upon request during the quotation stage, the guide can also accompany guests directly from their hotel.
