Travel Service Handling Charges (Domestic Travel)

(As per Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Law, Transaction Conditions Statement)

1. Handling Charges for Arranged Travel

When arranging both transportation and accommodation as part of a domestic travel package:

For groups of two or more people, the handling fee is 20% of the total travel cost.
For individual travelers not included in a group, the handling fee is up to 20% of the cost per arrangement, depending on the complexity and nature of the service.

When arranging accommodation only (e.g., accommodation vouchers):

For groups of two or more people, the handling fee is 20% of the face value of the accommodation voucher.
For individual travelers, the handling fee is up to 20% per arrangement.

When arranging transportation only, the handling fee is up to 20% per arrangement, regardless of the number of travelers.

2. Guide Service Fees

The fee for guide services is ¥45,000 per day per guide.
This does not include actual expenses such as transportation, accommodation, or meals, which will be charged separately.

3. Change Procedures

For changes to pre-arranged travel (including transportation and/or accommodation):

For both groups and individuals, a change fee of ¥1,100 per arrangement will be charged.
This includes changes to transportation reservations, accommodation reservations, or accommodation voucher exchanges.

4. Cancellation Procedures

For cancellations of previously arranged travel:

For both groups and individuals, a cancellation fee of ¥1,100 per arrangement will be charged.
This applies to cancellations of transportation arrangements (including the settlement of unused tickets) as well as accommodation arrangements (including the settlement of unused accommodation vouchers).

5. Communication Charges

In cases where urgent local arrangements or communications are requested by the customer, a communication fee of ¥1,100 per case will be charged.
Please note that telephone and telegram charges will be billed separately.

6. Consultation Fees (Travel Consultation Contract)

For consultations related to travel planning, a basic fee of ¥2,200 applies for the first 30 minutes.
An additional ¥2,200 will be charged for each additional 30-minute period.
For the creation of a custom travel plan, a fee of ¥7,700 will be charged per day of the itinerary.
For estimating travel expenses involving both transportation and accommodation, a base fee of ¥2,200, plus ¥4,400 per day of the itinerary, will be charged.
For the estimation of transportation fares and charges, a fee of ¥1,100 per request applies.
For providing travel destination or facility information (transportation, accommodation, etc.), a fee of ¥1,100 per document (A4 size) applies.

All fees listed above include consumption tax.

7. Notes

A “group” is defined as two or more travelers who appoint a representative and travel on the same itinerary.
If changes or cancellations are made at the customer's request, the change or cancellation handling fees described above will be charged in addition to any cancellation fees set by transportation or accommodation providers.

If multiple nights are booked consecutively at the same accommodation provider, they are treated as a single arrangement.

All fees stated in this policy include Japanese consumption tax.
